Referral Program

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Weonbid Referral Program (“Referral Program”) by any publisher with a valid Weonbid Publisher Account (“Publisher”). The Referral Program aims to expand Weonbid’s network of publishers through referrals.
This Referral Program is part of the Weonbid Terms and Conditions, which were agreed upon during the creation of a Weonbid Publisher Account. In cases of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Weonbid Referral Program Agreement, the terms of the Referral Program Agreement shall prevail.

Referrer: The owner of a Weonbid Publisher Account participating in the Referral Program who refers new publishers. Any Referrer banned, suspended, or in breach of the Weonbid Terms will no longer participate in the Referral Program.
Referred Publisher: A referred individual or company. They can be categorized by Weonbid as either Eligible or Ineligible Referred Publishers.
Eligible Referred Publisher: A Referred Publisher approved by Weonbid, fulfilling specific criteria and holding an active Weonbid Publisher Account.
Bonus: The commission paid by Weonbid to the Referrer based on the earnings of Active Eligible Referred Publishers.
Personal Referral URL: A unique link provided by Weonbid to track referrals.

By registering for the Referral Program, the Publisher confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as compliance with applicable Weonbid policies.
The Referrer must promote Weonbid to potential publishers and use only the designated personal referral URL or invite code.
Weonbid reserves the right to accept, reject, or reclassify any Referred Publisher at its sole discretion.

Referrers earn a 5% commission on the monthly earnings of each Active Eligible Referred Publisher for the first 6 months of their activity.
Bonuses are updated daily and may be subject to approval. If approved, payments follow a Net-45 schedule.
Bonuses will be paid in USD and are calculated without VAT. VAT will be applied according to the Referer’s applicable jurisdiction upon payout.
Weonbid reserves the right to change Bonus calculation rules without prior notice.

Referrers must distribute the referral link responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. They must not act in any way that could harm Weonbid’s reputation.
Referrers are responsible for the cost of their promotional activities and are not entitled to any payment beyond the Bonus.
Any breach, self-referral, or duplicative account creation will disqualify the Referrer from receiving Bonuses.

Referrers may use Weonbid trademarks for promoting the Referral Program but must not alter or misrepresent Weonbid’s identity in any promotional materials.
Misuse of Weonbid’s trademarks will result in immediate termination from the Referral Program.

Weonbid provides the Referral Program “as is” and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Weonbid is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Referral Program. Total liability is limited to $50.

Referrers agree to indemnify Weonbid against any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from their misuse of the Referral Program.

All confidentiality terms outlined in the Weonbid Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Weonbid reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or any Referrer’s participation at any time, with or without notice.
Upon termination, Referrers will receive Bonuses for any Active Eligible Referred Publisher accrued before the termination date.

This Referral Program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.

Weonbid reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the Referral Program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

If any clause in these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain enforceable. Notices will be delivered via email or other methods as specified in the Weonbid Publisher Account.
